Alan's primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial position and performance, as well as reporting project profitability regardless of size. This involves managing budgets, controlling costs, identifying savings, and ensuring optimal outcomes for our client's revenue streams while handling bids and tender packages for future projects.
With his wealth of experience, Sam has now joined Grove as an Operational Director capacity to oversee various departments and ensure the company operates at its peak performance for both clients and contractors. Collaborating closely with the commercial, finance, technical and construction departments, he will play a pivotal role in project delivery and maintaining the quality expected from Grove as the company expands and tackles more extensive projects.
Les has gained experience in various national construction projects, both residential and commercial. Additionally, Les has worked as a private developer for several years. He has fulfilled diverse roles across different departments such as technical, commercial, operations, project management, and site delivery. Whether coordinating teams on-site, managing budgets, or ensuring compliance with industry standards, Les's multifaceted expertise makes him an invaluable asset to any project.
Irina is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Daisy's journey in the construction industry began as an office assistant and soon after moving into the challenging role of an in-house buyer for an electrical contractor. This experience led her to venture into house building, where she excelled as a junior buyer for both national companies and bespoke Design & Build developers. Now, she embarks on a new chapter with Grove Construction, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to her role as a buyer establishing her as a valuable asset in the construction field.
Anthony's Role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor makes him responsible for coordinating critical information and managing various technical aspects. He works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to specifications. Anthony's primary responsibilities include cost estimation, analyzing contractor bids, and monitors project costs against the budget, identifying potential cost overruns, and works to mitigate them.
