Overview :
This completed project offer’s 10,000 sq. ft. of prime office space in the heart of Windsor’s High Street. The scheme includes the complete refurbishment of the existing two floors of offices and the introduction of a new lift which will serve a new floor that will be formed in light weight steel frame and clad in Zine. The project had numerous challenges with restricted access and also working in a pedestrianised High Street. We also had restrictions placed upon us by the Local Authority where no external works can be undertaken over the Christmas period.
