Overview :
This complex scheme took a significant time to achieve planning, due to the existing listing of the retained structure. We entered into a negotiated contract with our client and refurbished the existing building and converted into three apartments. The site had restricted access, however, the completed units were successfully sold off plan. Even though this scheme has been challenging again our excellent managerial team and operatives have delivered another successful project for our client.
