Overview :
The scheme consists of a new build development of 9 apartments over an existing retained garage structure. Due to the constraints of the site and the existing usage of the garage the structure of the building was a complex steel frame throughout which provided challenges to the team due to the site constraints and the development being constructed to both boundaries of the site.
The outer façade of the building is formed in a SFS cladding structure with brick slips and insulated panels. The inside of the property is a traditional fit out to provide a high specification of apartments in the centre of Ealing. This site provided many challenges especially due to access, but our professional team have maintained throughout the project continuity for all the trades to enable our construction to be achieve.
