Overview :
This project is a small single storey wrap around extension to a
terrace house in central Fulham. The project involved introducing new structural steelwork to enable the rear load bearing walls to be demolished to provide the new habitable space. Access was limited on the site and our project manager had to liaise with all of the relevant parties involved to provide a deliverable solution whilst the neighbors were still occupying adjoining properties.
