Overview :
Due to the successful completion of the first phase of works on time and budget we subsequently negotiated Phase two of the development on a design and build procurement route to enable us to commence work on site whilst the final design was developed and completed. This enabled us to take occupation in May and deliver the scheme prior to Christmas 2015. The scheme involves converting the existing office space into 24 apartments.
