Overview :
This project involved the conversion of an existing 3,600sq ft. office into 4 luxury 2 bed apartments. The scheme included stripping out the existing office structure inclusive of all of the services and then constructing the new flats in accordance with current building regulations. The key features on the finished units was the large external balconies which provided amenity space with views over the local meadows. The kitchen specification was also tailored to maintain the quality throughout the rest of the property and had composite worktops installed using contrasting splash backs.
